It is already 15 years since Chocolina factory appeared at the national and international markets. It is an enterprise specialized in the confectionery branch with 100 percent private capital.
The basic production trends are consumer goods for a wide customer range and semi-finished products for the confectionery industry.
1.SOFT PASTRY PRODUCTS
The first basic direction in the production of Chocolina are the so called sponge-cake products.
The most popular of these products are the rolls filled with various fruit jams as well as with caramel and chocolate creams. Besides the 200 g SWISS ROLLS various MINIROLLS are produced in individual packages or in blisters of 5 pieces each, as well as cake bars, where CHOCOLETTA and LATINA are the most popular brands.
All these sponge cake products are manufactured in a separate department on a specialized line with daily capacity of about 10 tons.
The application of contemporary technologies in the production, the high quality raw materials as well as the packing equipment and packing materials guarantee a long shelf life for the Chocolina products.
2.BISCUITS
Another basic direction in the production of Chocolina factory is the biscuit one. This includes biscuits made of various types of biscuit dough, the ‘home-made’ depositor type, classic industrial biscuits of the ‘tea’, ‘butter’, ‘common’ type etc.
Individual machines and aggregates of the companies: MONO-Great Britain, ZIMER – Italy are used for the biscuit production, but the main production is done on the italian ‘IMAFORNI’ line with diesel tunnel oven. The various horizontal and vertical packing machines of MARTINI company, coupled with it allow various kinds of packages and weighing from 90 grams to 1000 grams in the form of tubes and bags made of polypropylene and aluminized folio. Biscuits in boxes and blisters are also offered, mainly for the chocolate coated biscuits.
3.CHOCOLATE MASSES AND FILLINGS
such as cocoa covertures and creams, peanut and hazelnut paste, ice cream glazing as well as chocolate spread in various consistency.
The enterprise has for more than 12 years a considerable share of the domestic market for these basic semi-finished products for the confectionery industry.
In this direction Chocolina produces branded products manufactured from its own recipes, along with “tailor” products as per parameters and specific requirements set by the customer.
The basic equipment for the production of the semi-finished products comes from NAGEMA – Germany.
The capacity of this department of the factory is over 250 tons / monthly.
There is a number of customers placing orders for production under their own branded mark.
The high quality and durability of the company production are ensured also by the ISO 9011 Quality control system, certified by Lloyds.
Chocolina sells its products both on the domestic and the international markets.
Major buyers of different Chocolina products are companies in Romania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Slovakia, Moldova and Ukraine.
The company has built up a modern logistics system and provides door-to-door service for its customers.
